Just a friendly reminder...postal rates are non-negotiable.I don't care whether its poslaju or posexpress.Don't waste my time & ur time arguing on the postal rates. If u don't like the rates then u r more than welcome to go to other blogs. I am willing to discuss on discounts but postal rates are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
